Customer Order Acceptance

The advertisement and display of a product on www.joylife.com.au is not an offer to sell and www.joylife.com.au will be under no obligation to supply the product to you unless it is in stock.

For products that are out of stocks, we will mark clearly on the website or simply take it off the website.  However on a rare occasion a product maybe displayed available on our website but becomes actually out of stock, we will contact you personally via email to see if you would like to cancel your order or add a replacement item.  If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours of receiving this email, we will cancel the purchase and refund the payment to you.
