• A little delay may occur during holiday seasons.

• Once your purchase is dispatched, an email will be followed to confirm it.  If you wish to track your purchase, you can send an email to info@joylife.com.au, please mention your order number, we will tack the parcel for you.

• As the parcel will be delivered to your door, we suggest that you submit an address that you are available at during business hours.

Returns & Refund

• As we carefully wrap each and every of our product, damage or loss in transit is very rare.  However if it happens, we will evaluate this on a case by case basis.  Please email us with a photo of the damaged goods, and we will organize the return or refund of the goods accordingly.
